Job summary

The Legal Internship at LCS is a 12-week full-time program (40 hours/week) running May through August. Interns support the Legal Department with contract management, research, and special projects, gaining exposure to leadership and the organization’s operations.

We look for enrolled students with strong communication and problem-solving skills, eager to contribute to a mission-driven organization and commit to the full program.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and collaboration skills.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a mission-driven organization.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) throughout the 12-week program.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing a contract management and storage system.
• Review agreements and conduct legal research.
• Work on special projects for the Legal Department.
• Drafts, reviews, and analyzes a variety of contracts, letters, and memoranda.
• Adheres to company policies, procedures, and codes.
