Job summary

Cisco Legal's LEAP program offers law students an 11-week in-house summer internship with exposure to multiple practice groups and executive mentorship. Interns will help enable Cisco's mission by supporting internal clients, researching legal issues, and delivering a final in-house project to Cisco Legal's leadership.

Successful completion leads to a 2-year rotation program post-law school, placing you in a legal function to launch your in-house career.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Juris Doctor degree program at an ABA-accredited law school as a 2L for academic year 2026/2027.
• Available to start in our internship program as part of a cohort on May 17, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Work on an array of groundbreaking legal issues for the company.
• Gain experience across multiple practice areas while supporting internal clients.
• Drive projects to enable the business to develop and sell networking, security and collaboration products.
