Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Intake: Conduct consultations with prospective clients and assess case viability; Build trust through empathetic and professional communication; Gather critical case information through thoughtful discovery and active listening; Present the firm's value, experience, and successful track record.
• Lead Management & Client Conversion: Develop, manage, and convert a pipeline of qualified leads; Create meaningful connections that inspire confidence in our legal team; Utilize consultative sales techniques to retain and onboard clients; Help prospective clients understand their legal options and next steps.
• Performance & Growth: Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and conversion goals; Collaborate with attorneys and operations teams to improve client experiences; Contribute ideas, systems, and processes that support the firm's continued growth; Continuously develop your sales, communication, and client-service skills.
