Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience practicing in personal injury law (plaintiff-side preferred).
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership and good standing with the California State Bar.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail.
• Client-focused mindset with empathy and professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize deadlines.
• Team-oriented with collaborative spirit, while also independent.

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Pre-Litigation Associate Attorney to join our team and guide clients through the crucial first phase of their personal injury claims. In this role, you will investigate accidents, gather and analyze medical records and evidence, assess liability, and communicate with insurance carriers to advocate for our clients. You will counsel clients with empathy and professionalism, develop strategies to maximize recovery, and negotiate settlements aimed at achieving fair and timely resolutions.
