• 3+ years in law firm intake with leadership or supervision experience.
• Proven conversion results through team performance, not only personal.
• Experience listening to calls and coaching improvements.
• Comfort with CRM reporting, pipeline and conversion metrics.
• Able to work on-site in Fort Lauderdale, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a growing team of client intake specialists.
• Own end-to-end conversion from inquiry to consultation to client retention.
• Listen to calls with the team and raise the quality of conversations.
• Set targets, track performance, and report on pipeline and conversion.
• Manage schedules and coverage so no inquiry goes unanswered.
• Hire, onboard, and train new intake staff as the team scales.
• Collaborate with marketing and attorneys to align inquiries with handoffs.
