Crowell & Moring LLP is seeking a Practice Innovation and Knowledge Attorney to drive practice innovation and knowledge management across assigned groups. The role partners with Practice Innovation and Practice Groups to curate content, streamline workflows, and implement AI-enabled knowledge delivery while maintaining client value and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a JD and bar admission, at least five years in law practice, and experience with knowledge management, legal tech, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and JD; active bar in a jurisdiction where the Firm has an office.
• Minimum of five years of practitioner experience.
• Experience with knowledge management or legal innovation preferred.
• Transactional practice experience preferred.
• AmLaw 200 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with lawyers and operations to assess innovation and knowledge needs and deliver client-centric value.
• Leads practice innovation and knowledge projects and channels AI-enabled delivery systems.
• Builds relationships with department and practice group leaders to align strategy with innovation initiatives.
• Implements change management best practices to promote adoption of new solutions.
• Cures, curates and makes best-of content accessible for knowledge management and precedents.
• Supports practitioners with overcoming barriers to using innovative solutions and AI outputs.
