Crowell & Moring LLP is a leading international law firm seeking a Practice Innovation and Knowledge Attorney to strategically advance innovation in designated practice areas. The role liaises with the Practice Innovation team and department leaders to manage knowledge initiatives and leverage AI to create client value.

Requires a JD, a valid bar admission, and at least five years of practitioner experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and a Juris Doctorate with current bar admission.
Minimum of five (5) years of practitioner experience in the practice of law.
Experience with knowledge management and/or legal innovation preferred.
Transactional experience at AmLaw 200 firms preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with lawyers and operations to assess practice area innovation needs and deliver value-focused service.
Initiates, scopes, and manages practice innovation and knowledge projects, including AI-driven systems.
Builds relationships with department leaders to align strategic objectives with innovation initiatives.
Supports practitioners in adopting innovative solutions and change-management best practices.
Monitors developments in legal innovation and AI, sharing insights across the firm.
