Requires JD and at least five years of practitioner experience, with a strong track record in knowledge management, legal tech, and change management.

Strong communication with lawyers and professionals.
Familiarity with legal technology and innovation ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with lawyers and operations to assess innovation needs and deliver value.
Manages innovation and knowledge projects, including AI-driven systems.
Builds relationships with department leaders to align goals with innovation initiatives.
Supports practitioners in adopting innovative solutions and overcoming barriers.
Curates best-of knowledge and precedents for practice areas.
Monitors developments in AI and legal market trends and informs attorneys and clients.
