Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in consulting and specialized studies.
• Experience providing consultancy services to support activities in the education sector.
• Relevant experience in preparing studies related to higher education.
• At least five (5) years of experience in consulting and specialized studies;

• Relevant experience in preparing studies related to higher education;
• Knowledge of the legal and policy framework of the education and teaching system, especially the higher education subsystem in Angola;

• Proven experience in conducting seminars, workshops, and meetings;
• Must have knowledge of Angolan educational legislation
• Three years of experience analyzing standards and regulations of the higher education system, and the ability to ensure legal compliance in curricular harmonization proposals.

Qualifications

• Possess prior experience and institutional capacity in developing actions and executing the services described in this procedure;

• Preferably companies or consultants that have already provided similar consultancy services, preferably in African countries;
