Qualifications

• Possess prior experience and institutional capacity in developing actions and executing the services described in this procedure;
• Submit supporting documents (portfolios or certificates of technical capacity) relating to previous work developed within the scope of this procedure;
• Preferably companies or consultants that have already provided similar consultancy services, preferably in African countries;
• At least five (5) years of experience in consulting and specialized studies;
• Five (5) years of experience providing consultancy services to support activities in the education sector;
• Relevant experience in preparing studies related to higher education;
• Knowledge of the legal and policy framework of the education and teaching system, especially the higher education subsystem in Angola;
• Experience in developing teacher evaluation methodologies focusing on skills and competency descriptors;
• Proven experience in conducting seminars, workshops, and meetings;

Specific Professional Experience

• Must have 3 years of experience in evaluating higher education courses and programs.
• Knowledge of educational evaluation methodologies, and the ability to monitor and evaluate the impacts of curricular reforms.
