Qualifications

• Knowledge of Angola's higher education policy and legal framework.
• Experience developing teacher evaluation methodologies and competency descriptors.
• Proven ability to conduct seminars, workshops, and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop actions and execute services described in the project.

• Preferably engage with consultants having similar experience in Africa.

Qualifications

• Possess prior experience and institutional capacity in developing actions and executing the services described in this procedure;
• Submit supporting documents (portfolios or certificates of technical capacity) relating to previous work developed within the scope of this procedure;
• Preferably companies or consultants that have already provided similar consultancy services, preferably in African countries;
• At least five (5) years of experience in consulting and specialized studies;

• Relevant experience in preparing studies related to higher education;
• Knowledge of the legal and policy framework of the education and teaching system, especially the higher education subsystem in Angola;

Specific Professional Experience

• With 3 years of experience in curriculum harmonization in different international contexts.
