Job summary

Holland & Knight seeks a Financial Systems Business Senior Analyst to join our Tampa team. You will drive analyses, document requirements, and collaborate with developers to implement these needs across financial applications.

Responsibilities include project leadership, process improvement, and post-implementation support, with a focus on data integrity and system integration across the firm's financial platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5–7 years of accounting or business experience.
• Detail oriented with ability to administer key applications.
• Experience with legal finance systems is a plus (Aderant Enterprise).

Responsibilities

• Perform business analyses of functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows.
• Develop, document and manage requirements for alternative processes.
• Evaluate existing procedures and methods by identifying and documenting business processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with developers to implement requirements and assist testers during QA.
• Lead or participate in multiple projects, manage scope and ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide support to business users after process or system changes.
