Job summary

Mercor is seeking experienced lawyers who are native or fluent in German to train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks. This remote role runs about 21 hours per week as a pilot from Oct 23 to Nov 19.

You will work in realistic digital workspaces, reviewing documents, drafting tasks in German, and defining grading criteria to test agent performance according to German law.

Qualifications

• Experience in legal practice
• Native or fluent in German
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in Germany
• Fully qualified German lawyer (Volljurist) with deep knowledge of BGB, HGB, GmbHG and German court procedure
