Responsibilities

• Investigate, prove out, and recommend methods to strengthen legal reasoning performance and unlock more value from customer data

Role overview

This position bridges legal practice and software engineering, focused on building trust in AI-driven legal technology. The Legal Engineer will define what \"correct\" looks like for legal AI outputs and design repeatable evaluation systems that improve product quality. It is an internal enablement role that partners with product, engineering, and design teams across the organization rather than being deployed to outside clients.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with harness development and AI-assisted software development lifecycle practices
• Full-stack software development experience
