Greenway Collins is building AI-enabled legal workflows for startups. You’ll join as one of the first ten hires, reporting to the CEO/CTO and helping convert legal expertise into scalable products and automated workflows.
You’ll own onboarding/configuration of contract workflows, verify AI outputs for accuracy, and craft prompts. You’ll collaborate with engineers to implement improvements and help shape the product as the team grows.
An AI legal startup has passed $1m in annual recurring revenue, with demand growing faster than its team can deliver. It combines lawyers, AI and purpose-built software to provide startups with an outsourced in-house legal function.
Joining as one of the first ten hires, you’ll work directly with the CEO and CTO to turn legal expertise into products and automated workflows. There is scope to build a team as the business grows.
You’ll own the quality of the platform’s legal workflows, from understanding a customer’s commercial needs to making sure the finished experience works accurately from start to finish.
That means configuring onboarding and contract workflows, checking AI outputs for legal accuracy, improving prompts and translating feedback from customers and lawyers into clear product requirements. You’ll use tools including Claude Code and workflow builders to make improvements yourself, working with engineers on more complex changes.
A JD or practising background is preferred, although substantial legal technology experience can substitute. Software engineering expertise is not required.
You must be able to work in San Francisco five days per week. Visa sponsorship is unavailable.
