This role is a Legal Priority Operator on the 3rd shift in Phoenix, offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus and a hybrid work arrangement after a 90-day probation. The successful candidate will handle formatting in MS Word, proofreading, and document processing in a fast-paced legal environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm with 95% accuracy.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of legal experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for word-processing projects (formatting, proofreading, editing, document styling, printing, PDF conversion).
• Coordinate, assign, distribute, prioritize, track and expedite workload for the department.
• Interface with requesters to gather detailed information and understand assignments.
• Analyze requests to determine tasks and engage appropriate resources.
• Deliver projects within negotiated timeframes.
• Maintain knowledge of firm-supported software packages.
