About the Role

We’re opening apart-time Legal Counsel position tosupport our commercial, privacy, and compliance needs.

You’ll work closely with the business, Information Security, and Privacy teams, and will take ownership ofasignificant part ofour legal operational workload— especially contracts and data protection matters.

This role isremote-friendly and designed for part-time collaboration (~4 hours per day).

Your Responsibilities

• Draft and review SaaS agreements, services agreements, license agreements, reseller and referral agreements, NDAs, and Terms ofUse
• Participate infilling out clients’ data processing and data security questionnaires
• Negotiate commercial terms with customers, suppliers, and partners across the USA, Europe, and other regions
• Monitor and analyzeUS andEU legislation and regulatory requirements applicable tothe company
• Draft and review data processing agreements (DPAs), privacy policies, and related documentation
• Work closely with the Information Security and Privacy team, providing legal advice ondata protection and privacy matters
• Manage and control the use ofthe company’s intellectual property assets, including the company name, trade name, trademarks, and logo
• Conduct legal research and provide advice onlegal issues related tothe company’s business activities, including employment-related matters
• Review supplier agreements, manage vendor onboarding and offboarding
• Conduct compliance checks ofservices against applicable legal and regulatory requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Law degree
• 3+years ofprofessional legal experience, preferably inthe IT/ SaaS/ product environment
• Strong experience with commercialIT contracts (SaaS, services, license, reseller/referral agreements)
• Good understanding ofdata protection and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
• Experience working with international clients, especially within theUS andEU markets
• Advanced English (written and spoken)
• Ability towork independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate clearly with non-legal stakeholders
