Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (purchase, sales, service, and lease agreements).
• Manage and resolve legal disputes and oversee outside counsel.
• Ensure organizational compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Design and improve internal legal team processes.
• Advise management on legal risks and protect the company against investigations or penalties.
