This role focuses on providing in-house legal support across corporate matters, including contract negotiation, employment law, trade compliance, and dispute resolution.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Degree: Juris Doctor (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or equivalent from an accredited law school.
• Licensure: Must be a member in good standing with a state bar association.
• Experience: Professional experience in litigation and arbitration; 3+ years preferred.
• Languages: Bilingual (Korean & English) proficiency is preferred.
