A growing organization in the clean energy sector is seeking a Project Finance Counsel to support its transactional and financing activities. This role reports to the General Counsel and will work closely with internal teams and external partners across a range of project-related matters.

Responsibilities

• Support project financing transactions, including debt, equity, and construction-related structures.
• Draft and negotiate financing agreements and related documentation.
• Manage compliance with financing requirements, covenants, and related obligations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams throughout transaction lifecycles.
• Conduct legal due diligence and provide guidance on risk and documentation.
• Assist with occasional dispute or litigation matters as needed.

Qualifications

• JD and active bar membership.
• 3-5 years of transactional legal experience.
• Experience in the energy sector required; renewable energy preferred.
• Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with standard legal and productivity software.

This is a hybrid role based in Atlanta, with in-office presence required Monday through Thursday and remote work on Fridays. Occasional travel may be required. Relocation assistance available.
