The ideal candidate holds a Juris Doctorate from an ABA‑accredited school, has at least 3 years of relevant experience, is admitted to practice in at least one state, and is a U.S.

citizen or lawful permanent resident.

Qualificações

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school.
• At least 3 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm or in-house counsel.
• Admission to practice law in at least one state and eligibility to represent a corporate client.

Responsabilidades

• Provide guidance on a broad range of business matters, including contract negotiations and compliance programs.
• Support technology transactions and intellectual property matters for the company.
• Work with the legal team independently and serve as SME in selected areas such as government affairs and trade regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to corporate governance and regulatory filings as needed.
