Our client is a fast-growing, publicly traded construction company with operations across Texas and North America. The company is seeking a Legal Counsel - Construction, Procurement & Operations to join its legal team and support its continued growth. The ideal attorney has 2 to 6 years of legal experience.

Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, this attorney will focus on drafting and negotiating construction and procurement contracts, while advising on project-related matters including change orders, claims, warranties, and contractor performance. The role offers broad exposure to sophisticated construction projects and the opportunity to partner closely with business and operations teams.

Hybrid role, based in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. In office in downtown Fort Worth 3 days/week.
