Overview

We are looking for a Litigation Attorney with 4-6 years of experience for our client, a technology company in New York City. The position will involve managing litigation matters, including commercial disputes, regulatory inquiries and government investigations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of litigation and pre-litigation matters in the U.S. including:
• Regulatory investigations
• Internal investigations
• Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders, including product, engineering, HR, compliance, and executive teams.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, discovery responses, settlement agreements, and internal reports.
• Coordinate with and manage outside counsel to ensure effective and cost-efficient handling of litigation matters.
• Advise on dispute avoidance and risk mitigation.
• Support internal investigations and respond to subpoenas, government inquiries, and other regulatory matters.

Qualifications
