ZOLL Itamar is a division of ZOLL Medical focused on sleep diagnostic products and related services for various medical conditions. We are a rapidly growing B2B medical technology company in multiple disciplines. We seek a talented, motivated attorney to support our US business based in Atlanta, Georgia.

This role offers an energetic environment with diverse legal challenges. The attorney will support ZOLL Itamar's sleep diagnostics business, including the sale of medical devices, software solutions, and diagnostic testing services, as well as vendor management. The counsel will partner with various teams to review, negotiate, and draft agreements, and provide legal advice on commercial and corporate issues.

Essential Functions

1. Draft and Negotiate Contracts: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with customers, vendors, and partners, including sales agreements, privacy and data protection agreements, and vendor agreements.
2. Advise the Business: Provide legal analysis and pragmatic advice on various topics including commercial law, privacy regulations, and healthcare compliance.
3. Support Corporate Initiatives: Assist with corporate-level initiatives and other duties as assigned.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

• Graduate of an accredited law school and licensed in the state of residence.
• 2-5 years of legal experience in commercial transactions, preferably in medical devices or healthcare software.
• Experience as in-house counsel or supporting an internal sales organization is preferred.

Compensation is up to $160,000, based on experience, skills, certifications, and location.
