ZOLL Itamar is a division of ZOLL Medical focused on sleep diagnostic products and related services for various medical conditions. We are a rapidly growing B2B medical technology company seeking a talented, highly motivated attorney to support our US business based in Atlanta, Georgia.

This role offers an energetic environment with diverse legal challenges. The Counsel will support the sale of ZOLL Itamar's medical devices, services, software solutions, and diagnostic testing services, managing vendor relationships and providing legal advice on commercial and corporate issues.

The position reports to ZOLL Itamar's General Counsel, with potential reporting changes after onboarding.

Essential Functions

• Draft and negotiate contracts with customers, vendors, and partners, including sales agreements, privacy and data protection agreements, and vendor agreements.
• Provide legal and business advice on commercial law, contract interpretation, privacy, and healthcare compliance regulations.
• Support corporate initiatives and other duties as assigned.

Required/Preferred Education And Experience

• Graduate of an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in the relevant state.
• 2-5 years of legal experience in commercial transactions, preferably in healthcare or medical devices.
• Experience as in-house counsel or supporting sales organizations is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and drafting skills.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance and privacy regulations (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a proactive attitude.

Compensation is up to $160,000, based on experience and location.
