This position requires both seasoned business and legal judgment while serving as a member of the regional legal team.**Essential duties and responsibilities:*** Draft, analyze, negotiate and complete complex commercial transactions with the firm's enterprise customers and strategic partners.* Collaborate with the Product, Sales and Marketing, Customer Advocacy, Human Resources, and Finance teams to achieve key business objectives.* Work with stakeholders on data privacy and security, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property matters.* Assist with creating, optimizing, and implementing processes and policies.* Provide training to the company on relevant legal topics.* Handle commercial contract disputes.* Working knowledge of AI enterprise models being integrated in workflow.* Other duties as assigned.**Qualifications:**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.* 4+ years of experience gained in combination law firms and in-house with a technology / consumer electronics company (should have some in-house experience).* Strong background in all facets of contract and commercial law is required, and exposure to consumer technology business is strongly preferred.* Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization.* Strong negotiating skills with the ability to effectively negotiate legal and financial/commercial issues.* Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships across all business units.* Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.* Familiarity with basic AI integration into work product.* Experience handling litigation and/or IP related matters is a plus.**Education/Experience:**J.D. degree from an accredited United States law school.## Pre-Requisites :## **Salary Ranges:**$81,115.00 - $135,192.00 (per annum)Disclaimer: Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
