This position requires both seasoned business and legal judgment while serving as a member of the regional legal team.**Essential duties and responsibilities:*** Draft, analyze, negotiate and complete complex commercial transactions with the firm's enterprise customers and strategic partners.* Collaborate with the Product, Sales and Marketing, Customer Advocacy, Human Resources, and Finance teams to achieve key business objectives.* Work with stakeholders on data privacy and security, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property matters.* Assist with creating, optimizing, and implementing processes and policies.* Provide training to the company on relevant legal topics.* Handle commercial contract disputes.* Working knowledge of AI enterprise models being integrated in workflow.* Other duties as assigned.**Qualifications:**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
