Job summary

Razer USA Ltd is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support for the Irvine office, aligning with the parent company’s strategy. You’ll balance business judgment with legal rigor as part of the regional legal team.

The role requires strong experience in contract and commercial law, plus in-house exposure with tech or consumer electronics. You’ll partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, HR and Finance to drive key initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong background in contract and commercial law.
• Experience collaborating with product, sales, marketing, HR and finance teams.
• Familiarity with data privacy, regulatory, and IP matters.

Responsibilities

• Draft, analyze, negotiate and complete complex commercial transactions with enterprise customers and strategic partners.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales & Marketing, Customer Advocacy, HR, and Finance teams to achieve key business objectives.
• Work with stakeholders on data privacy and security, regulatory compliance, and IP matters.
• Assist with creating, optimizing, and implementing processes and policies.
• Provide training to the company on relevant legal topics.
• Handle commercial contract disputes.
• Apply knowledge of AI enterprise models in workflow.
