The Contracts Administrator owns Blossom's contract and legal document lifecycle end to end, with a strong emphasis on the Master Service Agreement (MSA): drafting, maintaining, and version-controlling the MSA and related templates, redlining routine commercial agreements, organizing and maintaining the corporate data room, and driving due diligence readiness. The role also brings in-house a range of legal aide/paralegal work currently handled by outside counsel, including drafting and finalizing investor and equity documents and preparing state and federal legal filings such as trademark applications. This is a mid-level process-ownership role requiring independent judgment over document accuracy, version control, and contract risk triage — not an entry-level or purely clerical position.
