Job description

We are a small technology services company based in Rockville, MD.

We are seeking a lawyer to review our business contracts on an as-needed basis. This is a part-time, remote contract requiring approximately 2-5 hours per week, with a quick turnaround time of within 24 hours.

Job responsibilities include:

1. Review of standard business contracts
2. Review of redlines sent by clients
3. Occasional calls with clients and their attorneys
4. Sending late payment collection notices (rarely)

An understanding of the IT services business is preferred. This role involves no litigation and is strictly document review. We value responsiveness and availability via email/phone.
