Position Details:

• Type: 1099 Contractor
• Location: Remote - Washington (Must be Licensed and Based in Washington)
• Contract Length: Open

Scope of Work:

• Complete and follow through on all tasks assigned through the Brokerage Operations department and Designated Broker.
• Possess experience with real estate contracts within Washington state; experience with North and South Washington contracts is a plus.
• Utilize provided tools, technology, and communication methods.
• Review contracts to ensure legal and contractual compliance of real estate transactions.
• Review files in the Transaction Management System within 48 hours.
• Communicate effectively with agents regarding document deficiencies, providing explanations and assistance.
• Support the Broker team to ensure compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
