Job description

We are a small technology services company based in Rockville, MD.

We are looking for a lawyer who can review our business contracts on an as-needed basis. This is a part-time remote contract requiring about 2-5 hours of commitment per week, with a quick turnaround time of within 24 hours.

Job responsibilities include:

1. Review our standard business contracts
2. Review redlines sent by clients
3. Occasional calls with clients and their attorneys
4. Send late payment collection notices (very rarely)

An understanding of the IT services business is expected. This role involves no litigation and is purely focused on document review. We seek someone who is very responsive and available via email and phone.
