Opensity Solutions in Phoenix is seeking a Conflicts Administrative Assistant to join the legal operations team. You will support new business intake, conflict-of-interest reviews, and confidential data management for a fast-paced law firm environment.
This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with attorneys and staff with discretion. Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience with Word/Excel and legal systems a plus.

The Compensation range for this role is 25.00 to 28.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s location, skills, experience and qualifications. This position has a shift of Monday-Friday 8am-5pm AZT.
