• Send initial and follow-up forms in compliance with regulations.
• Timely set-up of new claims and maintain mailing logs.
• Index and route mail, including doc typing and setting task descriptions.
• Obtain additional information required to perform job responsibilities.
• Maintain logs and assist in production reporting.
