This role plays a key part in overseeing billing operations across multiple practice areas. Compensation & Schedule:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on oversight and guidance to billing team members
• Conduct regular check-ins and foster team accountability
• Collaborate across departments to ensure billing accuracy and responsiveness
• Work with a variety of billing formats including transactional, flat fee, insurance, and hourly
• Take on increasing leadership responsibilities, including time-off approvals and staff development

Qualifications:

• Aderant experience is required
• E-billing experience is required
• Exposure to diverse billing types and legal practice areas
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• Prior leadership or team lead experience strongly preferred
