Responsibilities

• Monthly billing cycle management: generating pre-bills, editing, and producing final invoices.
• Bill attorneys’ hours to clients monthly, meeting deadlines.
• Submit bills via SurePoint LMS and Aderant BillBlast per client requirements.
• Review and verify billing and supporting documentation for outside counsel guidelines.
• Maintain and organize client billing files and related documentation.
• Interact with the billing team, attorneys, assistants, and clients to resolve issues.
