Qualifications

• Three years’ legal billing experience in a law firm.
• Experience with law firm billing software and/or E-Billing software (SurePoint LMS with Aderant BillBlast).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneDrive.
• Able to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing with internal and external clients.
• Able to perform at high levels in a fast-paced work environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Able to manage time effectively in order to meet important deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with the preparation of client bills and ensure timely processing.
• Coordinate billing procedures and analyze complex billing guidelines.
• Reconcile matters on e-billing websites and submit invoices to clients.
• Utilize SurePoint LMS and Aderant BillBlast via e-billing site or email for invoicing.
• Ensure timekeepers and rates are correctly added to e-billing websites.
• Add budgets to e-billing websites and handle any required deductions appeals.
• Ensure client billing is accurate, timely, and compliant with billing standards.
