Qualifications

• 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der E-Billing innerhalb einer Rechtsabteilung.
• Kenntnisse in Aderant oder ähnlicher Rechnungssoftware sind von Vorteil.

Responsibilities

• Überprüfung und Bearbeitung von monatlichen Vorabrechnungen für Klienten und Anwälte.
• Erstellung von monatlichen Berichten und Erinnerungsschreiben.

Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

A regional law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Billing Specialist in their Cerritos office. This position will involve working with a team of billing specialists to generate, review, and edit pre-bills and final invoices for clients and attorneys. This is an exciting opportunity with a well-established and growing law firm.

Responsibilities

• Review and edit monthly pre-bills for clients and attorneys.
• Communicate closely with the team to accommodate special terms and adjustments.
• Electronically redact and transmit client invoices.
• Perform e-billing tasks.
• Create monthly reports and reminder statements.

Qualifications

• 2 years of e-billing experience within a legal department.
• Knowledge of Aderant or other legal billing software is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite on a full-time basis.

The compensation range for this position is $75,000-$90,000. The firm also offers benefits including health coverage, a profit sharing plan, and 16 vacation and sick days to start.
