Qualifications

• 2+ years of legal billing experience, ideally in a law firm.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in billing.
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative communicator with attorneys, clients and finance teams.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Elite 3E and eBilling systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Billing Cycle: manage proforma to final invoice for assigned partners and clients, ensure accuracy.
• Drive Collections & Cash Flow: monitor AR, coordinate with attorneys and clients to resolve delinquencies.
• Tackle Complex Billing Issues: handle rate accommodations and high-level write-offs.
• Master E-Billing: oversee LEDES/eBillingHub submissions and resolve rejections.
• Partner with Stakeholders: discuss billing strategy with partners and clients.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: be the go-to contact for billing inquiries.
