Job description

Hybrid T-W-Thr onsite. Temporary, possible temporary to hire.

Our client is a stable law firm that is seeking a temporary legal biller. Professional environment, role has the potential to lead to a permanent role with the client.

Functions:

Prepare a high volume of complex attorney bills to clients including discounts, splits, researching and resolving issues and verifying accuracy.

Attend weekly meetings and distribute billing and AR reports to Attorneys and Partners.

Help credit/collections team with outstanding balances.

Requirements:

3 plus years of experience as a legal biller. Strong communication and systems experience (E billing software, SurePoint/Rippe is plus).

Hybrid- In office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
