Responsibilities

• Assist two workers' compensation attorneys in daily tasks.
• Answer inbound and make outbound calls as needed.
• Type legal documents and letters with high accuracy.
• Transcribe documents and correspondence.
• Maintain attorney calendars and coordinate appointments.
• Manage emails, faxes, and calendaring.
• Request medical records and handle related duties.
