Our client is a global law firm with a long established Bay Area presence. They have dynamic and energetic management that are accessible and always open to fresh ideas. Our client is currently seeking an experienced Legal Assistant Supervisor for their spectacular San Francisco office.

Hybrid: 4 onsite/1 remote.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate legal administrative staff; manage attendance, timesheets, and performance issues.
• Coordinate office workflow and ensure consistent coverage, including managing PTO and overflow assignments.
• Provide onboarding and orientation for new attorneys and support staff; act as a liaison for departmental practices.
• Manage complex scheduling, travel arrangements, meetings, and client communications across multiple platforms.
• Draft, revise, and proofread correspondence and legal documents; maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
• Oversee time entry, billing processes, and client-matter tracking; uphold confidentiality and firm protocols.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of supervisory experience managing teams of 10+; strong HR and performance management knowledge.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and multitasking skills; adept in fast-paced, professional settings.
• Proficient in legal admin tools and systems (iManage, 3E, Chrome River, MS Office); college degree preferred.
• Proven ability to lead with discretion, professionalism, and a client-service mindset.

Salary: Up to 135K, maybe flexible, DOE.
