We are currently seeking a Fraud Case Management Manager to join our team. This full-time Work from Home position is located in Utah, Arizona, California, Texas, Colorado, Nevada, Washington, or Oregon.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a team of Fraud Analysts.
  2. Process customer affidavit claims.
  3. Manage fraud charge-off process and report on losses.
  4. Manage critical mailboxes and service level agreements.
  5. Update and enforce department policies and procedures.
  6. Collaborate with Regional BSA Officers, FCU team leadership, and management daily.
  7. Produce reports for upper management and other departments.
  8. Review and process alerts for fraud assessments.
  9. Escalate risks to team leadership and BSA Officer.
  10. Identify department efficiencies and ensure regulatory compliance.
  11. Coordinate with other FCU leaders and Enterprise Fraud Operations.
  12. Issue communications for breach of warranty claims.
  13. Stay current on regulatory requirements related to BSA and other regulations.
  14. Assist regulatory exams and internal audits.
  15. Hire, fire, counsel, and conduct performance reviews for staff.
  16. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, Accounting, Finance, or related field, with 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Relevant certifications such as ACAMS, ACFE, or ACFCS are a plus.
  • Management/leadership experience required.
  • Knowledge of fraud, risk, BSA/AML compliance, and financial transactions.
  • Strong analytical, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Understanding of bank operations and high-risk business relationships.
  • Knowledge of regulatory changes and suspicious activity red flags.
  • Computer skills including Word and Excel.

This position offers a salary range of $80,625 to $118,250 annually, dependent on experience and location. The role remains open until filled.
