We are seeking a Legal Assistant with 3+ years of experience in Personal Injury and litigation firms.

• Handling New Jersey Superior Court pleadings including complaints, motions, depositions, interrogatories, Notices to Produce, subpoenas, briefs, obtaining medical records, and trial preparation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Court Documents, E-Courts, Word Perfect, Needles/TrialWorks, or NEOS is helpful.
• Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, manage a high volume of cases, and handle trial work within deadlines.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
