Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time, in-office position in Mesa, AZ, with a Monday–Thursday, 4-day workweek. Hybrid/remote work is not available.
- Hourly Pay: $22–$25 per hour (based on experience)
- 401(k) with 3% match

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Answer and route incoming calls professionally, taking detailed messages as needed
- Request and track medical records, billing, police reports, and insurance liens
- Open insurance claims and request policy documents
- Handle all incoming general email, mail, and fax correspondence; organize and disburse documents
- Process check payments for invoices
- Maintain organized electronic client files
- Support attorneys and case managers with requests, scanning, mailing, data entry, and projects
- Follow up on pending requests for demand-ready files
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-2 years of legal assistant experience in personal injury
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
- Professional, empathetic demeanor for sensitive matters
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Filevine is a plus
- Proactive and collaborative mindset
