Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, preferably in the area of Insurance Defense.
• Proficiency in case management software and other legal technologies.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, witnesses, and legal professionals.
• A keen attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• A thorough understanding of legal terminology and procedures, as well as the rules of evidence and court procedures.
• A degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field is preferred.
