Job Description:
This role directly supports the Sr. Associate General Counsel, Sr.Associate General Counsel- Healthcare, the Contract ComplianceOfficer, and the Legal Nurse Specialist performing a variety ofduties such as preparing legal documents and correspondence,docketing cases, managing all legal files and providing informationand direction to others. This position allows access to and dealswith highly confidential information related to litigation, legalissues, strategies, and positions related to the University and itssubsidiaries, including labor unions of The University ofToledo.
