Responsibilities include communicating with clients, requesting medical records and billing, drafting correspondence and pleadings, managing case files, calendar deadlines, and coordinating depositions, mediations, and trial support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal injury experience preferred.
• Knowledge of litigation procedures and court deadlines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with case management software (e.g., Smart Advocate) preferred.
