Job summary

OnderLaw LLC is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Legal Assistant to support attorneys in managing plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced litigation environment.

Responsibilities include communicating with clients, drafting correspondence, discovery and basic pleadings, managing case files, and coordinating depositions and court filings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal injury experience preferred.
• Knowledge of litigation procedures and court deadlines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with case management software (e.g., Smart Advocate) preferred.

• Request and track medical records and billing.
