Responsibilities include supporting attorneys with documents, calendars, depositions, and deadlines; managing case files; handling time entry and billing; and coordinating with paralegals to keep workflows efficient while safeguarding confidential information.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of legal assistant experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard legal technology.
  • Professional, dependable and client-service oriented.
  • Ability to work independently while also functioning as part of a team.
