Job summary

BANA LAW, PC, a prominent personal injury firm in Century City, Los Angeles, is seeking a Pre-Litigation Case Manager Assistant to support our Case Managers and deliver excellent service to clients.

This full-time, in-person role offers 40 hours weekly, daytime schedule, and compensation ($22-$29/hr) with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Spanish fluency is required.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Case Manager Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Open claims with auto & health insurance providers, Medicare, and Medi-Cal.
• Manage property damage, loss of use, and medical payment claims.
• Request and maintain medical records and billing.
• Scan and file important documents.
• Keep client files organized with notes and activity updates.
• Schedule medical appointments and transportation for clients.
• Communicate with clients regarding claim status and treatment plans.

We are looking for a Pre-Litigation Case Manager Assistant to join our dynamic team! In this pivotal role, you will support our Case Managers in providing exceptional service to clients during their challenging journey toward recovery and justice.

Responsibilities:

• Opening claims with auto & health insurance providers, Medicare, and Medi-Cal
• Managing property damage, loss of use, and medical payment claims

Requirements:
